Trust has built a foundation of services based on

service institution is integrity; allowing Private
Trust to uphold a reputation for providing clients

The founding principal, Elizabeth Barry, not only
has the long-term experience in assisting clients in
managing their wealth, but has managed her own
projects including personal and joint business
ventures, real estate development, development and
oversight of a diversified portfolio, and the
establishment of her own nonprofit organization. This experience allows Barry, along
with her trusted service network, to offer unmatched
analysis, guidance, and management of risk, with the
assurance and confidence that we are advising,
planning, and investing side-by-side with our
clients.

others evaluate their

Barry has the
resources, tools and wisdom to assist clients in
making informed decisions today that will only gain
in value over time. Her financial background
consists of over 30 years of experience in
Public and Private Accounting with
emphasis in tax, structure, and wealth management.
Barry’s combination of knowledge and experience has
led her to refine the process of representing
client’s needs without conflicts of interest, a
position that most financial planners and
consultants fall victim to by becoming product,
rather than client driven.

Barry is a cofounder of several businesses, one in which the revenue doubled yearly for the first five years. Personal interest in the identification and assessment of commercial and residential property led Barry to become a licensed realtor and partner in several real estate development projects.
Her mediation training allows her to assist individuals and companies in conflict management and resolution. Barry is also a DiSC distributor which is the world's most validated behavioral assessment. All of her experience has connected her to the country's most competent financial and legal professionals who are an integral part of Barry's service network. This ability to assemble talent and access intellectual capital distinguish Barry from the corporate community.
Barry founded Private Trust in 2003 to formalize her practice of assisting clients, businesses, and families in preserving and enhancing their wealth. Her firsthand experience in managing client's wealth, in addition to her own personal ventures, has positioned Private Trust as an industry leader in conflict free financial and personal management.
